Senator Jeremiah Timbut Useni, the peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in the 2nd March Governorship election in Plateau state has promised to immediately sworn-in those whose “mandate have been stolen” during the October 10, 2018 local Government Elections in Plateau State as soon as he becomes Governor.

Addressing a Mammoth Crowd in Mangu Stadium during the official flag-off of his campaign on Tuesday, Useni described the current administration under the leadership of Rt. Hon. Simon Bako Lalong as in sensitive to plight of the people stressing that it was for this reason that the Governor was fond of making reckless statements and declaring his loyalty to individuals instead of the people that gave him their mandate. “I will die for Plateau and for a person. As soon as I take over, those whose mandates have been stolen during the Local Government Election will be sworn-in immediately”. He said.
