JOFII Sets For Second Edition Of Rock International Film Festival

The Jos Film Initiative has completed arrangements for the second edition of Rock International Film Festival (RIFF) in Jos, the Plateau State capital.
This was revealed by the Festival Director, Henry Samson Mafulul during a press conference in Jos.

According to the Festival Director, it is a Four-day event, begining from November 1st to 4th, 2023 at the Jos National Museum Auditorium.

Mafulul stated that this year, RIFF will unveil a carefully curated lineup of films that delve deep into the heart of human rights issues; from stories of resilience in the face of adversity to powerful calls for justice stressing that these films will ignite conversations and inspire action.

"We are also honored to announce the presence of some remarkable special guests at this year's festival. Renowned filmmakers, activists, and other inspiring individuals will be gracing RIFF with their insights and experiences", he noted.

Mafulul further stated that the Rock Awards ceremony was another highlight of RIFF, where they recognize outstanding contributions to human rights storytelling through film.
