CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE FROM QUA'AN-PAN LGC.

The Executive Chairman Qua'an-Pan Local Government Council, Hon. Isa'ac Kyale Kwallu FCIA, on behalf of the good, peaceful and loving people of Quaan Pan LGA, heartily felicitates with the "People's Governor",  captain of the rescue team and Executive Governor of Plateau State, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Barr. Simon Bako Lalong his re-election after polling the highest number of votes at the end of the supplementary elections held on March 23.

I, Hon Isaac Kwallu also felicitates with the All Progressive Congress (APC), the good  people of Plateau State in general and my beloved people of Qua'an-Pan Local Government Area for the peaceful and successful conduct of the General Elections.
I wish to specially felicitate with His Excellency, President Mohammadu Buhari GCFR, Amb. Ignatius Datong Longjan Senator-elect Plateau South, Hon Komsol Alphonsus Longap, Member-elect rep. Shendam, Mikang and Quaan Pan Federal Constituency, including all members of the national and state assembly, elected on the platform of our dear party, the APC.

I sincerely appreciate the peace loving people of Qua'an-Pan Local Government Area for turning out enmasse to vote for our dear party, APC; the gesture which has confirmed that Qua'an-Pan is the cradle of the APC.
I, Hon. Isaac Kyale Kwallu wish to appeal to all Plateau people to continue to exercise restraint, remain peaceful and law abiding.

I also use this medium to solicit for unflinching support from all and sundry towards the delivery of the dividends of democracy to the people, irrespective of political, religious or ethnic differences.
This victory is victory for all. Congratulations to all of us.
