2019: Plateau ADC affirms Bature as
Guber candidate.

The
African Democratic Congress (ADC) Plateau state chapter has affirmed Hon.
Richard Ponkap Bature as its candidate for the 2019 gubernatorial election in
the state.
The
event which took place at the state party secretariat along Enugu road Jos, had
large number of the party Faithfuls in attendance.
Speaking
to journalists immediately after the affirmation, Bature said he was prompted
by the poor condition of the people of Plateau state occasioned by poor
governance by the old brigade politicians since 1999 to contest for the number
one seat of the state.

He
stated that his focus would be on four key factors which include; education,
rural development, health and security.
According
to him, if these factors were effectively curtailed, would definitely change
the fortune of the state.
