The Jos Division of the Court of Court Appeal on Monday heard 10 Pre-election Appeals before it including the ones in cases nos. CA/J/297/22 between Hon. Sarpiya Danyaro (Appellant) against APC, Dr. Nentanwe Yilwatda and INEC (Respondents) as well as CA/J/304/22 between Ambassador Yohana Margif (Appellant) against Labour Party, Dr. Patrick Dakum and INEC (Respondents).
Other Appeals include Cases nos CA/J/291/22 between APC (Appellant) against INEC, PDP and Sen. Bala Mohammed (Respondents), CA/J/294/22 between PRP (Appellant) against INEC, APC, Sadiq Baba Abubakar, Shehu Aliyu Musa (Respondents), CA/J/303/22 between Petro Dafur, Dr. Solomon Musa Kewa (Appellants) against INEC, Dikyet Plang and APC (Respondents) CA/J/293/22 between PRP (Appellant) against INEC, PDP, Sen. Bala Mohammed (Respondents), CA/J/9/22 between PRP (Appellant) against INEC, NNPP and Isa Haman (Respondents), CA/J/8/22 between PRP (Appellant) against INEC, NNPP and Sen. Lawal Yahaya Human (Respondents) CA/J/279/22 between Munyel Danjuma (Appellant) against APC, EXCO APC, Rufus Bature & 5 others (Respondents) CA/J/295/22 between Ishaya itse (Appellant) against APC, EXCO APC, Rufus Bature and 11 others (Respondents).
Of the 10 Appeals heard by the Hon. Justice A. A Gumel led visiting Panel, judgment was reserved in 8, while the last 2 were adjourned to Wednesday and Thursday, 1st and 2nd February for hearing.
