Access Bank Holds Diamond Xtra Regional Draw In Jos, 115 Customers Rewarded

Access Bank recently held its "Diamond Xtra" Regional Draw in Jos, the Plateau State capital.

Diamond Xtra Draw is an annual reward scheme introduced by the bank in 2008 and has rewarded over 26,000 customers with the sum of N6.38billion in 15 years.

According to the Regional Director of the bank, Emeka Uzuworu; the DiamondXtra reward scheme has been a cornerstone of Access Bank's commitment, to show appreciation and give back to its loyal customers.

In his welcome address which was read by the Regional Manager for Plateau, Adebayo Adeyeye, the Regional Director said that With each passing season, this being the 15th, the initiative has grown from strength to strength, achieving incredible milestones along the way.

He added that the resounding success of past seasons has been made possible by the unwavering support of their esteemed customers and the unparalleled dedication of their exceptional team. 

"To date, we have rewarded more than 26,000 customers with an astounding sum of over N6.38 billion, a testament to the true value of this Scheme.

"Our steadfast commitment to innovation and excellence has been the cornerstone of our triumph.

"Despite challenges and attempts by competitors to imitate our rewards scheme, DiamondXtra remains unrivalled in the industry. Our dedication to offering the best reward scheme has only been strengthened each passing year", he said.

Also speaking, Team Lead, Customer Liability Olarenwaju Adetula said that they have going round all the geopolitical zones in the country rewarding customers.

"We are encouraging customers to keep saving with us and also giving back to customers in appreciation and showing our goodwill. 

"And I must tell you that a lot of our customers have testified to our benevelence and how it has change their lives".

On what plans the bank had for financially illiterate, Adetula said it was not just about certain category of people but about all customers stressing that the goal was that in every three people you see in the next three years, one would have an Access Bank Account.

The Regional draw saw the rewarding of 95 customers with a grand total of N2 million! 

Also, a Regional Onsite draw was held where 20 customers got a further N10,000 each. Samuel Liatu emerged the winner of N1 million  Diamond Xtra Draw.

To ensure transparency and accountability, Access Bank enlisted the oversight of regulatory bodies such as the National Lottery Regulatory Commission and the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, who diligently monitored these draws.

The event which was held at Jos Main branch of the bank located at Ahmadu Bello Way, witnessed a large turn out of customers.

Aminu Musa and Maryam Hanania are some of the winners who spoke to African Drum and expressed their happiness for the reward and promised to introduced many customers to open Xtra Diamond Account with the bank because of its enormous benefits.
